Common use of Rights to Audit Subcontractors Clause in Contracts

Rights to Audit Subcontractors. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to obtain audit rights equivalent to those specified in this Section from all Subcontractors (and in all events shall obtain such audit rights from all Subcontractors as required under the Nevada Supreme Court Rules or other applicable Law) and shall cause such rights to extend to AOC auditors.
