Common use of Rights to Collaboration Intellectual Property Clause in Contracts

Rights to Collaboration Intellectual Property. Except as provided in Article IV and the exclusive rights set forth in Section 5.4, both Parties and their Affiliates may Practice and grant licenses to Collaboration Product Intellectual Property for all purposes worldwide without the consent of or any accounting to the other Party (other than payments contemplated by Article VII).
