Common use of Rights to Common Stock Clause in Contracts

Rights to Common Stock. Prior to the delivery of shares of Common Stock to you pursuant to Section 4(a) (if applicable), you shall not have any rights in, or with respect to, any of the shares of Common Stock underlying the PSUs, including, but not limited to, any voting rights and the right to receive any dividends (or dividend equivalents) that may be paid or any distributions that may be made with respect to such Common Stock.
