Rights to Company Intellectual Property. The Company Intellectual Property consists solely of items and rights which are: (i) owned by the Company; (ii) in the public domain; or (iii) rightfully used by the Company and its successors pursuant to a valid license. The Company has all rights in the Company Intellectual Property necessary to carry out the Company's business as currently conducted and as currently contemplated to be conducted.
