Common use of Rights to Information Clause in Contracts

Rights to Information. Members shall have the right to receive from the Board, upon request, a copy of the Certificate of Formation and of this Agreement, as amended from time to time, and such other information regarding the LLC as is required by the Act, subject to reasonable conditions and standards established by the Board, as permitted by the Act, which may include, without limitation, withholding, or restrictions on the use and disclosure of, confidential information.
