Rights to Insurance Proceeds. In the event of any damage to or destruction of the Stadium Facility, the proceeds of all hazard insurance on the Stadium Facility which is maintained by Manager or Owner pursuant to Article 17 shall belong to the party carrying such insurance. Insurance proceeds with respect to Manager's Property shall belong to Manager.
