Common use of Rights to Payment of Money Clause in Contracts

Rights to Payment of Money. All rights to receive the payment of money, including accounts (as defined in the UCC) and receivables, rights to receive the payment of money under contracts, franchises, licenses, permits, subscriptions or other agreements (whether or not earned by performance), and rights to receive payments from any other source (all such rights, other than Financing Debt, being referred to herein as "Accounts").
