Common use of Rights to Payments Clause in Contracts

Rights to Payments. The rights of the Noteholders to receive payments in respect of their Notes, and all rights and interests of the Noteholders in and to such payments, shall be as set forth in this Note Agreement. Neither the Noteholders of any class of Notes nor any party hereto shall in any way be responsible or liable to the Noteholders of any other class of Notes in respect of amounts properly previously distributed on the Notes.
