Rights to Proceed Against the Guarantor. In the event of a default in any payment of any Obligation owed to any Beneficiaries, notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, such Beneficiaries shall have the right to institute any proceeding, judicial or otherwise, to enforce their rights under this Guarantee without first instituting a legal proceeding against the Company or any other Person.
