Rights to Services. Subscriber shall not attempt, directly or indirectly, to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble Services or any confidential or proprietary criteria developed or used by TURSS relating to the Services provided under this Agreement. Except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement, the entire right, title and interest in and to the Services shall at all times vest exclusively in TURSS. TURSS reserves all rights not explicitly granted to Subscriber under this Agreement.
