Rights to Transfer Servicing. Subject to the provisions of Section 17, Terwin shall have the right to transfer servicing of the Mortgage Loans from the Seller to a party mutually agreed upon by Terwin and the Purchaser, in accordance with the servicing practices set forth in Section 11.01 and secondary market standards. Terwin shall receive all proceeds from any such transfer of servicing.
