Common use of Rights Under Agreement Clause in Contracts

Rights Under Agreement. Except as herein otherwise expressly provided, nothing in this Agreement expressed or implied is intended or shall be construed to confer upon any person other than the parties hereto, the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Holders of the Bonds any right, remedy or claim, legal or equitable, under or by reason of this Agreement or any provision hereof, this Agreement and all its provisions being intended to be and being for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto, the Borrower, the Guarantor and the Holders from time to time of the Bonds issued hereunder.
