Rights Under Chapter 150E. The School Committee agrees that they will not interfere with, restrain or coerce professional employees in the exercise of their rights guaranteed in Chapter 150E of the General Laws of Massachusetts. They will refrain from dominating or interfering with the formation, existence or administration of the Association. They will not discharge or otherwise discriminate against a professional employee because he/she has signed or filed an affidavit, petition, or complaint or has given any information or testimony relating to this Article.
