Rights under Equity Plans. The provisions of this Offer Letter are subject to the terms of the Company’s equity plans in effect from time to time. Any equity awards granted to you under the equity plans shall be forfeited or not, vest or not, and, in the case of stock options and stock appreciation rights, become exercisable or not, as provided by and subject to the terms of the applicable equity plan.
