Rights Under Hedge Agreements and Cash Management Agreements. No Hedge Agreement will create (or be deemed to create) in favor of any Lender Counterparty that is party thereto and no Cash Management Agreement will create (or be deemed to create) in favor of any Cash Management Provider that is a party thereto, any rights in connection with the management or release of any Collateral or of the obligations of any Guarantor under the Credit Documents, except as expressly provided in Section 10.5(c)(v) and Section 10.5(c)(vi) respectively of this Agreement and Section 9.2 of the Pledge and Security Agreement.
