Rights under Performance Share Units. A Performance Share Unit (“PSU”) obligates the Company, following the Award Period, to issue to the Recipient one Share, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, including but in no way limited to the Performance Conditions set forth in Section 2 of this Agreement.
