Rights under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act. The Executive acknowledges that he has been advised by this Agreement that (a) he should consult with an attorney of his choosing prior to executing this Agreement or the Addenda attached hereto; (b) he has been given twenty-one calendar (21) days within which to consider and execute this Agreement and to the extent that he signs this Agreement prior to the completion of that period he has waived the remainder of that period; (c) that he has seven (7) calendar days following the execution of this Agreement to revoke his signature; and (iv) the Effective Date of this Agreement shall be the eighth (8th) calendar day following his execution of this Agreement.
