Common use of Rights under the Purchase Agreement Clause in Contracts

Rights under the Purchase Agreement. From and after the Termination Date, direct, instruct, or request any lawful action under the Purchase Agreement, including without limitation, in connection with enforcement of its rights thereunder, as instructed by the Program Agent; provided, however, that both before and after the Termination Date, the Borrower shall deliver any lawful notice as directed by the Program Agent, the delivery of which is a condition precedent to any “Purchase Termination Event” under (and as defined in) the Purchase Agreement.
