Rights under the Receivables Sale Agreement. From and after an Event of Termination, direct, instruct, or request any lawful action under the Receivables Sale Agreement, including without limitation, in connection with enforcement of its rights thereunder, as instructed by the Administrative Agent; provided, however, that both before and after the Termination Date, the Borrower shall deliver any lawful notice as directed by the Administrative Agent, the delivery of which is a condition precedent to any “Purchase Termination Event” under (and as defined in) the Receivables Sale Agreement.
