Common use of Rights Under UCC Clause in Contracts

Rights Under UCC. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, in addition to all of the rights and remedies contained in this Agreement, in the Note, in the Purchase Agreement, or provided by applicable law or in equity or otherwise, Secured Party shall have all rights and remedies of a secured party under the UCC.
