Common use of Rights Upon Expiration Clause in Contracts

Rights Upon Expiration. Neither party shall have any further rights or obligations upon the expiration of this Agreement upon its regularly scheduled expiration date, other than the obligation of Licensee to make any and all reports and payments due under Articles 3 and/or 4 with respect to events that occurred prior to such expiration in accordance with Sections 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6, and to reimburse patent costs and expenses accrued prior to expiration in accordance with Section 8.3. Notwithstanding the above, Sections 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 2.10, 7, 9.1, 9.2, 10.3, 10.4, 11, 12.5, 12.8 and 14 shall also survive the expiration of this Agreement.
