Rights Upon Unmatured Event of Default. At any time that there exists an Unmatured Event of Default, any obligation of the Bank hereunder to make advances to or for the benefit of the Borrower shall be suspended unless and until the Bank shall reinstate the same in writing, the Unmatured Event of Default shall have been waived by the Bank or the relevant Unmatured Event of Default shall have been remedied prior to ripening into an Event of Default.
