Rights With Respect to Capital; Interest. No Member shall have the right to withdraw or receive any return of such Member's Capital Contribution, and no Capital Contribution must be returned in the form of property other than cash except as specifically provided herein. No interest shall be paid or credited to the Members on their Capital Accounts or upon any undistributed profits left on deposit with the Company.
