Rights With Respect to Loan Asset Files. At any time when a Servicer other than Fifth Street Finance Corp. has been designated pursuant to Article VI of the Loan and Servicing Agreement, the Seller shall, at the Purchaser’s, the Collateral Agent’s, the Collateral Custodian’s or the Administrative Agent’s request, assemble all of the Loan Asset Files which evidence the Sale Portfolio originated by the Seller, or which are otherwise necessary or desirable to collect such Sale Portfolio, and make the same available to the Purchaser, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian or the Administrative Agent at a place selected by the Purchaser, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian, the Administrative Agent or their designee.

Gxxxx Capital BDC, Inc. has been designated pursuant to Article VI of the Loan and Servicing Agreement, the Seller shall, at the Purchaser’s, the Collateral Agent’s, the Collateral Custodian’s or the Administrative Agent’s request, assemble all of the Loan Asset Files which evidence the Sale Portfolio originated by the Seller, or which are otherwise necessary or desirable to collect such Sale Portfolio, and make the same available to the Purchaser, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian or the Administrative Agent at a place selected by the Purchaser, the Collateral Agent, the Collateral Custodian, the Administrative Agent or their designee.
