Rights with Respect to the Performance Stock Units. The Performance Stock Units granted hereunder do not and shall not give you any of the rights and privileges of a shareholder of Common Stock. Your rights with respect to the Performance Stock Units shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date or dates on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the Performance Stock Units lapse, in accordance with Section 3, 4 or 5 hereof. Your right to receive cash payments with respect to the Performance Stock Units is more particularly described in Section 8 hereof.
