Rights with Respect to the PSUs. The PSUs granted hereunder do not and shall not give you any of the rights and privileges of a shareholder of Stock. Your rights with respect to the PSUs shall remain forfeitable at all times prior to the date or dates on which such rights become vested, and the restrictions with respect to the PSUs lapse, in accordance with Sections 3 or 4 hereof. Your right to receive cash payments and other distributions with respect to the PSUs is more particularly described in Sections 7(b) and (c) hereof.
