Common use of Risk Adjusted Rate Clause in Contracts

Risk Adjusted Rate. The Department will multiply the Base Capitation Rate by a RAR MCO Plan Factor, as provided to the PH-MCO, to compute a Risk Adjusted Rate. If Base Capitation Rates are not risk adjusted, the Base Capitation Rate is the Risk Adjusted Rate.
