Common use of Risk and Liability Clause in Contracts

Risk and Liability. 16.1 When receiving the Products at the Take Over Point, the Contractor shall ensure that any and all damage or discrepancies observed are noted and notify ArcelorMittal immediately, but not later than within 6 (six) hours of the Contractor becoming aware of any such damages or discrepancies.
