Common use of Risk and Liability Clause in Contracts

Risk and Liability. Except as expressly provided in the Concession Agreement, the Concessionaire shall carry out and perform its rights and obligations under the Concession Agreement and the Project Agreements at its own cost and risk. It shall be fully responsible for and shall bear the financial risks in relation to the Project and all its rights and obligations under or pursuant to the Concession Agreement and the Project Agreements.
