Risk Assessment and Determination. Client acknowledges and agrees that it: (i) has conducted an assessment of the potential risks and vulnerabilities to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of Client’s Data to be created, transmitted, stored, used or maintained in connection with the Services; (ii) has determined that the Services are sufficient for Client’s purposes and Client’s compliance with applicable law; and (iii) Involta is not responsible for determining whether any Services are sufficient for Client’s compliance with any applicable law.
