RISK DISCLAIMER. The Solutions are not fault tolerant and are not designed or intended for use and may not be used in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, weapons systems, life-support machines, or any other potentially life critical uses (collectively, “High-Risk Activities”). Dell shall not be liable for any claims by the Customer in respect of or which relate directly or indirectly to High Risk Activities.
