Risk of Forfeiture and Settlement of Units Resulting from Adjustments. Units (and other property deliverable in settlement of Units) which directly or indirectly result from adjustments to a Unit granted hereunder shall be subject to the same risk of forfeiture (including additional forfeiture terms of Section 10 of the Plan) as applies to the granted Unit and will be settled at the same time as the granted Unit.
