Risk of Funds. None of the provisions contained in this Agreement shall require the Bond Trustee to expend or risk its own funds or otherwise incur financial liability in the performance of any of its duties or in the exercise of any of its rights or powers, if it believes that repayment of such funds or adequate indemnity against such risk or liability is not assured to it, provided that the Bond Trustee shall, forthwith upon making such a determination, deliver notice of the same to the Secured Creditors and the Guarantor, which notice shall include the grounds for such belief .
