Risk of Motion Picture Distribution. Distribution of films requires specialized marketing expertise and considerable financial resources. Company will be dependent on a distributor for this marketing expertise and for providing funds for prints and advertising. Without the participation of a distributor, there is little likelihood that significant revenues from any source will be realized. The participation of a distributor does not, however, guarantee that the distribution will be successful or that substantial revenues will be realized therefrom.
