RISK OF RESALE AND NO INDEPENDENT RIGHT TO RESELL. Risk of resale of the Engines shall be with the Buyer. Under no circumstances shall Seller assume any liability whatever in the event that Buyer is unable to resell the Engines, and Buyer shall have no right to return the Engines to Seller under such circumstances. Buyer shall resell Engines solely as components in its welders, pressure washers, Consumer Portable Generators and other products approved by Seller. Buyer shall not, and shall not have the right to, resell Engines independently of its welders, pressure washers, Consumer Portable Generators or other products approved by Seller. (d)
