ERRORS AND OMISSIONS RELATED TO DATA 7.1.0 Board errors and retroactive adjustments shall be the responsibility of the Board.
Prohibition on Political Activity with City Funds In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G, Contractor may not participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure (collectively, “Political Activity”) in the performance of the services provided under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G and any implementing rules and regulations promulgated by the City’s Controller. The terms and provisions of Chapter 12.G are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event Contractor violates the provisions of this section, the City may, in addition to any other rights or remedies available hereunder, (i) terminate this Agreement, and (ii) prohibit Contractor from bidding on or receiving any new City contract for a period of two (2) years. The Controller will not consider Contractor’s use of profit as a violation of this section.
GENERAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS TO THE INDEPENDENT INSTITUTION Complete a Xxxxx University Undergraduate Application and submit an application fee. The application can be found at xxx.xxxxx.edu. Submit official transcripts from all postsecondary institutions previously attended. The minimum cumulative GPA requirement for transfer applicants is 3.00 unless otherwise specified within the individual degree programs. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS TO THE MAJOR/PROGRAM OF STUDY: A minimum GPA of 3.0, with fewer than 5 Ws, Ds, and Fs is required for consideration for either nursing track: Traditional Option (2 years) and Accelerated Option (15-months). Both options require that applicants meet the majority of Liberal Arts and prerequisite demands before acceptance into the Nursing program. Applicants for both options must earn a minimum "C" grade in all required science courses: Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology, and Chemistry, without repeating these courses. Additionally, they must earn a minimum “C” grade in all liberal arts courses. The Accelerated Option is designed for students who have a bachelor’s or higher degree in a field other than nursing. Fire Chief A formal written grievance shall be presented to the Fire Chief within thirty (30) calendar days of the date the grievant or Union knew or reasonably should have known about the actions and/or circumstances giving rise to the grievance. The Fire Chief shall investigate the grievance and meet with the grievant and Union representatives within fifteen (15) calendar days following presentation of the grievance at Step 1. The Fire Chief shall respond in writing to the grievance within five (5) calendar days following the Step 1 grievance meeting.
COUNTY NOT OBLIGATED TO THIRD PARTIES County shall not be obligated or liable hereunder to any party other than Contractor.
Sponsor Not Obligated to Third Parties This Grant Contract is not intended to, and does not, create any rights or benefits on behalf of any person other than the Parties to this Grant Contract. Sponsor shall not be obligated or liable hereunder to any person other than the Grantee.
Invoicing for Charges Against the Judicial Council’s Master Account A. The Contractor shall establish a Master Account for the Judicial Council’s charges provided for under the exhibits of this Agreement.
CONTINGENCY CLAUSE This Agreement is subject to the terms of any agreement between NACCHO and its Primary Funder and in particular may be terminated by NACCHO without penalty or further obligation if the Primary Funder terminates, suspends or materially reduces its funding for any reason. Additionally, the payment obligations of NACCHO under this Agreement are subject to the timely fulfillment by the Primary Funder of its funding obligations to NACCHO.

You may call us, but if you do we are not required to investigate any potential errors and you may have to pay the amount in question. What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:
Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.
