Common use of RMS Product Manufacture and Supply Clause in Contracts

RMS Product Manufacture and Supply. Except as otherwise expressly provided in the Project Plan, RMS or its Affiliates is solely responsible for the manufacture and supply of the RMS Product to the Contract Laboratories for Clinical Validation or other similar activities involving use of the RMS Product under the Project Plan.
