ROAD APPROACHES TO COUNTY ROADS AND STATE HIGHWAYS. Purchaser shall immediately remove any mud, dirt, rock, or other material tracked or spilled on to county roads and state highways. If additional damage to the surface, signs, guardrails, etc. occurs then the damage will be repaired, at the Purchaser’s expense, as directed by the Contract Administrator when authorized by the county or WSDOT.
