Road Network. ‌ A road network to accommodate the phase or sub-phase under review and approval.‌
Road Network. 4.3.1 The location of all public roads and roads reserves shall be as generally shown on Schedules. Notwithstanding, the Development Officer may approve, in conjunction with the Development Engineer minor changes to the location and design of all public roads and road reserves. The Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer, may give consideration to changes to the public road network provided the intent of the Development Agreement is met and that the changes do not negatively impact an environmentally sensitive area. 4.3.2 All construction of public roads and services shall be in compliance with Municipal Design Guidelines in accordance with the Regional Subdivision By-law unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement and shall receive written approval from the Development Engineer prior to undertaking the work.
Road NetworkReduction in travel time on project roads; Increase in usage of the project roads; Average distance traveled increases; Number of person-days of employment generated by project road construction and maintenance; and Prioritized programmed maintenance is established and progressively increased.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use.   • Help Desk A help desk for Product support issues (the “Help Desk”) will be available to Customer.   • Hosting 44.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-10STATE shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-10STATE’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
