Road Show. If you deem necessary, you will arrange for a “road show” during which the Company’s senior executive officers (and others as you may desire) will deliver an appropriate presentation to prospective institutional investors and the sales staff of Selected Dealers, if any, for this Offering (the “Road Show”). The Road Show will encompass visits to selected cities in the United States as market conditions dictate. The Company will pay its own travel expenses in connection with the Road Show. You will pay your own expense in connection with any Road Show.
