Common use of Road Shows Clause in Contracts

Road Shows. To the extent reasonably requested by the lead or managing underwriters in connection with an underwritten offering pursuant to Section 2.1 or a Form S-3 underwritten offering pursuant to Section 2.3 and Section 2.4(b), send appropriate officers of the Company to attend any “road shows” scheduled in connection with any such underwritten offering, with all out of pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Company or such officers in connection with such attendance to be paid by the Company;

To the extent reasonably requested by the lead or managing underwriters in connection with an underwritten offering pursuant to Section 2.1 or 2 (including a Form S-3 underwritten offering Shelf Underwritten Offering pursuant to Section 2.3 and Section 2.4(b4), send appropriate officers of the Company Corporation to attend any “road shows” scheduled in connection with any such underwritten offering, with all out of out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the Company Corporation or such officers in connection with such attendance to be paid by the CompanyCorporation;
