Common use of ROCK APPLICATION Clause in Contracts

ROCK APPLICATION. Purchaser shall apply rock in accordance with the specifications and quantities shown on the ROCK LIST. Rock must be spread, shaped, and compacted full width concurrent with rock hauling operations. The Contract Administrator will direct locations for rock that is to be applied as spot patching. Road surfaces must be compacted by routing equipment over the entire width.
