Common use of Rockefeller’s Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Rockefeller’s Confidential Information. The term “Confidential Information” includes all technical information, inventions, developments, discoveries, software, know-how, methods, techniques, formulae, data, processes and other proprietary ideas, whether or not patentable, that Rockefeller identifies as confidential or proprietary at the time it is delivered or communicated to Licensee or its sublicensees.
