Common use of ROFR Lease Notice Clause in Contracts

ROFR Lease Notice. If Landlord desires to accept a Third Party Lease Offer, then Landlord shall provide written notice to Tenant of the Third Party Lease Offer (a “ROFR Lease Notice”). The ROFR Lease Notice will include the following information: (i) a copy of the Third Party Lease Offer and any related documents (which must include an agreed upon form of lease); (ii) a package containing any information about the Leased Property that Landlord has provided to the proposed tenant, licensee or subtenant; (iii) such other documents and information as Landlord may reasonably request in order to clarify any terms of the offer with respect to which Landlord has reasonable questions; and (iv) an identification of the principals associated with the proposed tenant, licensee or subtenant under such Third Party Lease Offer and information as to the business, character, reputation and financial capacity of the proposed tenant, licensee or subtenant and the principals associated therewith to carry out the terms of the Third Party Lease Offer.
