Role of Administrative Agent. Pursuant to the Series 2020-SPIADVF1 Repurchase Agreement, (a) this Guaranty has been delivered to the Administrative Agent and (b) the Administrative Agent has been authorized to enforce this Guaranty on behalf of itself and on behalf of Xxxxx. All payments by the Guarantors pursuant to this Guaranty shall be made to the Administrative Agent for application as set forth in the Series 2020-SPIADVF1 Repurchase Agreement or, if there is no Administrative Agent, to Buyers for their ratable benefit.
