Role of Liquidity Agent. The Liquidity Agent shall see to the collection of the Notes held by it for the account of the Lenders from the Trust and to their due and timely payment to the Lenders on their respective maturity dates and the Liquidity Agent shall give each Lender immediate notice in writing of any fact or circumstance of which the Liquidity Agent has received notice and which gives the Liquidity Agent reasonable grounds to believe that any Note may not be paid in full at maturity.
