Role of Owner’s Representative. Owner’s Representative is the duly authorized representative of Owner for the purpose of this Agreement and all powers and rights of Owner under this Agreement shall be exercised by Owner’s Representative and all communications, remittances and things of any kind required to be delivered to Owner shall be delivered to Owner’s Representative.
