Common use of Role of the Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Role of the Administrative Agent. The Administrative Agent hereby acknowledges and accepts its role pursuant to its duties set forth in Sections 2.6, 2.7, 3.5, 3.6, 3.7, 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, 4.4, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 6.5 and 8.1 of this Trust Agreement.
