Common use of Role of the Collateral Agent Clause in Contracts

Role of the Collateral Agent. The rights, duties, liabilities and immunities of the Collateral Agent and its appointment, resignation and replacement hereunder and under the Indenture and the other Indenture Documents shall be governed by this Agreement, Article 11 of the Indenture and the relevant provisions contained in the other Indenture Documents. Without limiting the foregoing, the rights, privileges, protections and benefits given to the Collateral Agent under the Indenture are extended to, and shall be enforceable by, the Collateral Agent in connection with the execution, delivery and administration of this Agreement and the other Indenture Documents and any action taken or omitted to be taken by the Collateral Agent in connection with its appointment and performance under this Agreement and the other Indenture Documents to which it is a party.
