Role Requirements. You will support with day-to-day office and site requirements, including greeting office visitors, providing hospitality to meetings, liaising with tenants and contractors on the Food Park with the facilities element of the role supporting with weekly site checks. On a day-to-day basis you will be assisting the FEAST 2 project management team with administrative tasks, including preparing and completing paperwork for funded projects, support the Finance Manager with grant applications and claims, managing post, responding to client email and telephone calls, ensuring that their needs are met so you’ll need to have excellent customer service skills, as well as filing project paperwork and updating the project database. You will need to be able to work independently as you may be left alone at times. You will have an interest in the food and drink industry and be able to work as part of a team, as well as having good time management and organisation skills. The Food & Drink Forum is a not-for-profit industry body for the food and drink manufacturing sector, working across the East Midlands.
